Very fast and friendly experience!!

I had a great experience at Japanese Auto Masters. The service was quick and the staff were very kind and thorough.

Even after years of being gone this place still has amazing service all around and their prices are beyond fair . They don’t overcharge or do unnecessary work like the dealership . I won’t bring my car anywhere else !

Japanese Automasters always does a great job with my Acura!

5 star service like always. One thing that always stands out to me here is how they treat their customers. They opened the door early for me when they didn’t have to. They had my truck in and out before the scheduled appointment time, again, when they didn’t have to. They are very respectful of your vehicle (i.e. they don’t let someone covered in grease or oil get into your car to pull it in and out of their shop damaging/dirtying your leather or anything else. They are very honest and welcoming and I’ve trusted them with 7 vehicles now between my wife and I.

Most accommodating company in the area. I wont take my car anyplace else.
